It's not a "Kindle":Kindle "2":links/2009/02/09/1547. It's _way better_ than a "Kindle":Kindle, although I'd expect things to take a while to sort out, even though it "isn't exactly a new thing":http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showpost.php?p=151923&postcount=13. If the "ILiad":iLiad was a _lot_ cheaper, could be obtained via traditional retail and had sensible battery life with "Wi-Fi":Wi-Fi, I'd probably have gone for it instead of the "PRS-505":Sony/Reader, but as it is, I'll wait for them to make this a standard feature on their firmware (and cheaper devices).
